You may have noticed that many times you go to the bank to open an account, get a loan, or check, but end up arguing with the employees. In such cases, the behavior of many bank employees is often unfriendly. If such an incident happens to you, you can file a complaint.
What should customers do?
If a bank employee misbehaves with you, uses foul language, or refuses to perform work without reason, you don't need to remain silent. Banks guarantee customers the right to respectful treatment and fair service. In such a situation, you can complain to the bank or even the Reserve Bank of India.
Complain to the Bank Manager
If a bank employee misbehaves with you, first complain to the branch manager of the relevant bank branch. You can submit your complaint in writing. If the branch manager does not act on your complaint, you can file a complaint with the customer complaints department at the bank's regional office or headquarters. Complaints can also be made through the bank's website, mobile app, or customer service number.
