UP News: A heartbreaking incident has come to light from Ayodhya in Uttar Pradesh, which has shaken humanity. In Kishun Daspur area of Ramnagari Ayodhya , an elderly woman was abandoned by her own family members late at night on the roadside. The woman was brought in an e-rickshaw and thrown on the side of a deserted road. The entire incident was captured in a CCTV camera installed nearby .

According to locals and CCTV footage , the man and woman who brought the elderly woman are said to be her own relatives. It is being said that the victim was suffering from cancer and her health was continuously deteriorating. Instead of getting her treated, the family decided to leave her helpless on the streets.

The family members left an old woman of their family, unable to speak or walk, on the road in the dark of the night.

Police admitted him to hospital in critical condition

The woman is so weak and unwell at this time that she is unable to even tell her name and address. No one from the family has come forward so far. On the information of the local people, the police and 108 ambulance reached the spot and the elderly woman was admitted to Darshan Nagar Medical College in a critical condition , where a team of doctors is treating her.

Local people say that this incident is extremely inhuman. Leaving an elderly sick woman in this condition is not only a crime but also highlights the falling moral values of the society. People are questioning whether taking responsibility of elderly parents has also become a burden now? At present, the police is trying to identify those people who left the woman on the basis of CCTV footage .
