LPG News: 1.25 lakh LPG connections will be suspended in UP, do not make this mistake regarding gas cylinders, read government guidelines

LPG Connection News: LPG shortages have been observed across the country recently, prompting a push to increase awareness about PNG connections. Meanwhile, the Uttar Pradesh government is preparing to cut off the LPG connections of millions of people.

LPG News: LPG shortages have been observed across the country in recent days. Due to the war between Iran and the US, the oil and gas shortage has affected the general public in India. Following this, the government issued new guidelines regarding LPG and PNG connections. Under these guidelines, those with PNG connections will be required to surrender their LPG connections. However, many people have not yet followed these guidelines, and the government is now considering taking action against them.

Millions of connections will be cut in this state.
The government had appealed to residents that those with PNG connections would have to surrender their LPG connections. Despite this, many people in Uttar Pradesh disobeyed the government. As a result, the government is now preparing to cut the connections of approximately 1.25 lakh people. This is the situation in Ghaziabad district of Uttar Pradesh.

However, this news doesn't just highlight the negligence or carelessness of the residents of Ghaziabad district. It also serves as a lesson for those who continue to enjoy both connections despite government directives. If you too are disobeying government guidelines and using both connections, the same thing could happen to you in the future.

What does the Supply Department have to say?
This decision was made during a meeting between the oil companies and the Supply Department. Following this, the LPG connections of approximately 1.25 lakh consumers in Ghaziabad will soon be suspended. Following this, consumers with PNG will no longer be able to use LPG. The department will give consumers the option to choose one service.

Please note that these consumers' connections will not be completely terminated. Rather, their connections will be reinstated if necessary. The department has also appealed to residents to surrender their LPG connections themselves, otherwise the companies will also disconnect them.
