  • Potatoes – 3
  • Oil – 2 tbsp
  • Radish – 1
  • Onion – 1 finely chopped
  • Cumin seeds – Half a teaspoon 
  • Coriander powder – Half a teaspoon 
  • Red chilli powder – Half a teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder – Half a teaspoon
  • Green chilli – 1 finely chopped
  • Ginger-garlic paste – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt- According to taste
  • Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp, finely chopped

How to prepare radish-potato vegetable?

  • To make the radish-potato curry, first wash the potatoes and peel them. Cut them into small pieces. Wash and clean the radishes as well. Peel them and cut them into pieces.
  • To prepare the vegetable, pour oil into a pan. When the oil is hot, add cumin seeds and green chilies.
  • Now add the onion and ginger-garlic paste. Then, add the radish and potatoes, mixing well. Cover and cook, stirring occasionally. Once the radish and potatoes are cooked, add turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, and coriander powder. Once the vegetables are cooked, add the coriander leaves.
