Not receiving an OTP after booking a cylinder? Then do this immediately and your gas will be booked within minutes

If you're not receiving an OTP on your mobile phone when booking an LPG gas cylinder, there's no need to panic. Over the past few days, many people have complained that OTPs are arriving late or not at all. This causes significant disruptions to the booking process. However, if you're not receiving an OTP every time you book an LPG cylinder, check the following five important things.

1. Network problem

The main reason for not receiving an OTP is poor mobile network. If your range is decreasing or your internet is not working properly, OTPs may arrive late or not at all.

2. DND is on

If the DND feature is enabled on your phone, calls and messages may be blocked. This could also be the reason why the OTP isn't arriving. Therefore, go to your phone's settings and turn off DND and try again.

3. The LPG company's server is down

Sometimes, the company's servers become slow or down due to too many locks being booked at the same time. So please try again after a while.

4. SMS inbox is full

If your mobile phone has a lot of old messages, it can make it difficult for new messages to arrive. So, free up space in your inbox by deleting old SMS messages.

5. The OTP goes to the spam folder

Some smartphones send OTP messages to the spam or junk folder, so check the spam or junk SMS folder.
