Winter is one of the best seasons to travel. The weather is pleasant, the views are clearer, and many people prefer planning vacations to the mountains or their favourite travel spots. Darshan of Mata Vaishno Devi
This IRCTC package is called MATA VAISHNODEVI EX DELHI (WEEKDAY) (NDR01). It offers a complete 3 nights and 4 days journey, covering travel by train, hotel stay, and a visit to Vaishno Devi along with nearby attractions. The package is available from Sunday to Thursday.

You can travel in either 3AC or 2AC coaches. The itinerary includes two nights on the train and one night at a hotel in Katra.

• Double occupancy in 3AC: ₹8,100 per person

Journey plan
The train leaves New Delhi at 8:40 pm and reaches Jammu the next morning. From Jammu, a non-AC car will take you to Katra. On the way, there will be a stop at Saraswati Dham to get the necessary travel permit.

After check-in at the hotel and breakfast, the group will head towards Banganga for the trek to Vaishno Devi. After completing the darshan, you will return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Next day, check out is scheduled at 12:00 noon. After lunch, the group will leave for Jammu Railway Station by 2:00 pm. The return journey includes sightseeing at Kand Kandoli Temple, Raghunathji Temple, and Bagh-e-Bahu Garden. You will reach Jammu Station at 6:30 pm and board the train at 9:25 pm.

The train arrives at New Delhi Railway Station at 5:55 am the next morning.
