These people can join the scheme
who are barbers i.e. hair cutters, hammer and toolkit makers, cobblers/shoe makers, fishing net makers, if you are sculptors, masons, boat makers, blacksmiths, lock makers, gunsmiths, garland makers, goldsmiths, doll and toy makers, washermen and tailors, basket/mat/broom makers, stone carvers and stone breakers.

What are the benefits?
After joining this scheme, 500 rupees are given daily until the training is complete. Additionally, there is a provision to provide 15,000 rupees to beneficiaries to purchase toolkits. Beneficiaries are initially given a loan of 100,000 rupees at a low interest rate and without guarantee. After repaying the loan, they receive an additional 200,000 rupees.
