Five new Districts in Ladakh: The Modi government has given a big gift to the Union Territory of Ladakh and Union Home Minister Amit Shah has announced the creation of five new districts in the Union Territory of Ladakh. Amit Shah said in a post on 'X' on Monday that in line with Prime Minister Narendra Modi's vision of creating a developed and prosperous Ladakh, the Union Home Ministry has decided to create five new districts. He also said that by strengthening governance in every corner of the country, more people will benefit from it at the grassroots level. In August 2019, the Modi government made it a union territory
