Ingredients of Paneer Gulab Jamun
250 g paneer
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 cup sugar
Refined oil as required
2 tbsp flour
1/6 tsp salt
2 cups water

How to make Paneer Gulab Jamun
Step 1- Mash the paneer
Put the cottage cheese in a bowl, and mash it till smooth. Add flour, a pinch of salt, baking powder and 1 tbsp sugar. Mix well.

Step 2- Make small balls
Knead the dough and make small balls out of it. Once done, keep it aside.

Step 3- Heat oil and fry
Now heat oil in a pan and fry the balls till they turn golden brown.

Step 4- Prepare sugar syrup.
Prepare sugar syrup by boiling 2 cups of water in one cup of sugar. Once it achieves a two-wire consistency, clip it off. Put the fried balls in it and let them soak in the sugar syrup for 2-3 hours.

Step 5- Serve
You can garnish with nuts if needed. Now enjoy the hot Paneer Gulab Jamun sitting at home.
