Chandrababu Naidu: N Chandrababu Naidu sent to judicial custody for 14 days

Former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu has been sent to 14-day judicial custody in the Skill Development Corporation scam case. According to reports, Telugu Desam Party leader Naidu was produced before the anti-corruption court in Vijayawada and sent to judicial custody for 14 days. In this case, Naidu's lawyer said that N Chandrababu Naidu has been falsely implicated and cited legal technicalities in the context of the Prevention of Corruption Act, claiming that 'there is no concrete allegation' and the court rejected the remand report of the prosecution agency. 

Meanwhile, the Criminal Investigation Department of Andhra Pradesh Police told the court that Naidu was non-cooperative during interrogation and gave vague answers saying that he did not remember some issues.
