Recipe of the Day: Make Bengali dish Mishti Doi on Diwali, this is the recipe

Required Ingredients: 

2 liters of milk,

20 tablespoons of sugar,

2 cups of water,

2 cups of curd

You can make it by this method: 

To make Mishti Doi, boil the milk in a pan till it reduces to half. 

Prepare syrup by adding sugar and water in another pan. 

By now mix milk syrup. 

Once the milk cools down, add curd to it and churn it. 

Now put it in a vessel and keep it in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours. 

In this way your Mishti becomes Doi.
