Ingridients:

  • Potato – 4
  • Oil – 3 tsp
  • Salt – as per taste
  • Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
  • Black pepper – 1 tsp

Method

First of all, wash the potatoes thoroughly and then peel them, cut them into thin slices and keep them in a bowl. After this, add some oil, salt and red chilli powder along with black pepper powder in another bowl and mix well. After this, apply this prepared masala on potato chips and keep it in a baking tray. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees. Now put the baking tray in the oven and after 10 minutes, take it out, cool it and then eat it.
