Travel Tips: Singapore's passport became the most powerful, know the location of India's passport in the list;

Singapore has replaced Japan in terms of having the most powerful passport in the world. The Singapore passport now allows visa-free entry to 192 destinations worldwide, according to the latest Henley Passport Index. Japan has been in the top spot for the last five years. Now Japan has dropped to third place with a drop in the number of destinations you can reach without a visa with your passport.

The US passport, which was on the top rank almost a decade ago, is now at number eight. According to the Henley Passport Index, Singapore is on top, followed by Germany, Italy, and Spain, which have visa-free access to 190 destinations.

Afghanistan is at the bottom ranking, with passports that allow visa-free travel to 27 destinations. Singapore granted citizenship to about 23,100 people last year. The UAE passport has moved up three places from last year to become the 12th most powerful passport in the world. Emirati passport holders can now travel visa-free to 179 destinations.

According to the recent Henley Passport Index, India has come up on this list. The Indian passport has improved by five places and is now in the 80th position. Indian passport holders can travel visa-free to 57 destinations. Indian passport holders get visa-free access and visa on arrival in countries like Indonesia, Thailand, and Rwanda.

On the other hand, Indian citizens require a visa to enter 177 destinations across the world including China, Japan, Russia, the United States, and the entire European Union.
