You can do this if you have a smartphone or laptop. Only people above 18 years of age can open this account.

The account can be opened in this way:

First of all download the Yono app on a smart phone.

Now you can open your savings account through Video KYC. Now in your app, you have to select the option of New to SBI.

Now after selecting the option of savings account, tap on the option of branch visit.

Now you give the information of Aadhaar-PAN.

Now make a video call and log in to the YONO app through Resume at the scheduled time.

Now complete the process of Video KYC.

Now after verification by SBI officials, your Insta Plus Savings Account will be opened for debit transactions.
