* Ingredients required to make Chana Dal Kachori:
1. Gram dal - 100 grams
2. Wheat flour for kneading
3. Fenugreek seeds - half spoon
4. Whole coriander - 3 spoons
5. Green coriander
6. Green chilli
7. Cumin - 1 spoon
8. Whole red chilli - 2-3
9. Ginger - 2-inch long piece
10. Garlic - 10-15
11. Mango powder - two spoons
12. Salt - as per taste
13. Oil

* Easy recipe to make Chana Dal Kachori:
1. To make gram dal kachori, first wash the gram dal thoroughly, add double the amount of water in the cooker, and whistle. -When the dal gets cooked in three to four whistles, turn off the gas flame.
2. After this, let the dal cool down and then grind the dal by mixing it with garlic cloves and clean washed pieces of ginger in a mixer jar.
3. Keep in mind that while grinding the pulses, the amount of water should be kept equal. So that the paste becomes dry.
4. After this, heat oil in the pan and splutter cumin seeds in it. 5. Now add fenugreek, coriander, and whole red chili, and turn off the gas.
6. After this, put these spices in a mixer jar and grind them.
7. Now mix the dal also. So that all the spices are ground well and mixed with the lentil paste.
8. After this, take wheat flour in a big vessel. Filter well.

9. Now add salt and a little oil to it. Mix the ground lentil spices together.
10. After this, mix the dal with flour without water and knead it.
11. Keep in mind that the dough should be stiff so that the puris becomes crispy.
12. If the dough seems very dry then add some water to make it wet. Otherwise, there will be difficulty in kneading the dough.
13. Now once it is kneaded, make a round ball on a plain surface and fry it well in oil.
14. After this, when they are well browned, take out these kachoris on a plate and serve them with hot green chutney.
