* Ingredients required to make Aloo Tikki:
1. Potatoes - 4 boiled
2. Green chillies - 1-2
3. Tablespoon coriander - 2-3
4. Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
5. Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
6. Corn flour - 2 Tablespoon
7. Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon
8. Chaat Masala - 1/2 teaspoon
9. Kashmiri Red Chilli - 1/2 teaspoon
10. Dry Mango - 1/2 teaspoon
11. Mint - 2 tablespoon
12. Salt - As per taste
13. Oil – Oil for frying

* Easy recipe to make Aloo Tikki:
1. To make potato tikkis, first grate the boiled potatoes.
2. After this, finely chop green chilies and green coriander and put them in a big mixing bowl along with grated potatoes.
3 Now add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, red chili powder, and finely chopped green chilies to the potatoes and mix well. Add cumin powder, dry mango powder, chaat masala, and salt as per taste and mix well.
4. After this, add chopped coriander and mint and mix.
5. Now add 2 tablespoons of corn flour or rice flour to this mixture and mix it well with potatoes.
6. After this, prepare balls of this mixture by applying a little oil on your hands and give it the shape of a tikki by pressing it with both palms.
7. Now make tikkis from the entire mixture in the same manner and keep them on a plate.
8. After this, heat oil in a pan and deep fry the potato tikkis in it.
9. Now if you want, you can also put it in the pan and shallow fry it.
10. After this, fry the potato tikkis till they become golden crisp, and take them out on a plate.
