In a tragic accident in China, bus hit students and parents, 11 people died and 13 injured

11 people died in a tragic accident in eastern China. Here a bus hit a group of students and their parents. 11 people lost their lives in this accident which happened in the early hours of Tuesday while 13 people were seriously injured. They have been admitted to the hospital. There was screaming and shouting all around after the incident. This accident happened at the gate of a school.

The Dongping County Police Department said in a post on social media that the students and their parents were standing at the main gate of a school in Tai'an City in the eastern province of Shandong just before 7:30 am when the bus hit them. Six parents and five students died in this accident. While 13 people were injured.

As soon as the information about the incident was received, the police reached the spot took the accused bus driver into custody, and started investigating the case. It is being told that the bus was prepared to transport the students. However, the police department did not tell who was responsible for operating the bus. According to the police, a bus hired to transport the students suddenly lost control and hit the children and their parents. At present it is not clear whether this is just an accident or the children were deliberately attacked.

Attacks on children's schools in China are not new. This has happened several times before. In June, a school bus stop was attacked in Jiangsu province. A man targeted the bus stop and attacked, in this accident one person died while two people were seriously injured. In March, in Dezhou city of Shandong province, a man trampled people outside a junior school, in which two people died and 6 people were injured.
