The first secret of Nita Ambani's fitness is that she wakes up early in the morning and does not stay in bed till late.
After getting up in the morning, she exercises for about 40 minutes and sometimes does yoga and sometimes cardio.
She also loves swimming and dancing, Neeta Ambani takes out time for Bharatnatyam.
After this she eats dry fruit eggs and an omelet, apart from this she takes juice or green tea.
