Travel Tips: This Mata temple of Rajasthan is famous by the name of Khajuraho, the devotees remain enthusiastic during Navratri.

Navratri has started from Sunday. People are fasting to please the Mother Goddess. Many people also like to travel during this time. If you plan to travel somewhere during Navratri then you can go to Udaipur.

Here you will get a chance to visit Ambika Mata Temple in Jagat village, about 50 km south-east. This temple is dedicated to Mother Durga and was built in 961 AD. 

This temple of Ambika Mata is also very famous in the country as Khajuraho of Rajasthan. There are many sculptures in this temple. There are maximum number of idols of Goddess Durga, Lakshmi and Brahmini here. There is a huge crowd of devotees here during Navratri. In this temple, special worship is done for nine days during Navratri dedicated to Goddess Durga. You must see this temple once.
