Amazon has said about its new office policy that if you are not ready to come to the office 5 days a week, then you can leave the company. Amazon Web Services (AWS) CEO Matt Garman told about this new rule in an all-hands meeting and made it clear that those who want to do remote work should find a job in another company.

'There are other companies for those who do WFH'

Reuters reported that Garman has heard people's concerns about this new rule. He said that 9 out of 10 people he talked to are in favor of this change. He says, 'If there are some people who do not want to work in this way, then it is okay, there are other companies too.' He said that he did not mean to scare anyone, but wanted to create an environment where everyone works together. He stressed that the special thing about Amazon is that people work together, and this cannot happen by working remotely.

Some Amazon employees are not happy with this new rule. They say that coming to the office wastes time and many studies also do not show that working in the office is beneficial. Amazon has already implemented the rule of coming to the office 3 days a week. But now CEO Andy Jassy has said that from now on employees will have to come to the office 5 days a week. He says that this will bring collaboration and innovation in work.

Garman ji is very happy about this change. He says, 'I am very excited about this new system.' However, not all employees think so. They say that earlier, the system of working for three days reduced the work because people used to come to the office on different days, which made it difficult to work together.
